An Early Surprise

I recently had the honor of capturing this little cuties first portraits. I was especially excited for his arrival because I had already worked with his parents for their wedding. We have such a great relationship, I knew it was going to be extra special. We had planned to do a maternity shoot too, but this little guy had other plans….he arrived a full month early. Lesson learned for me….
This session has some of my favorite newborn pictures of the season and I especially love the last shot here on the blog. It just shows how tiny these newborns are. I mean why would you not capture the only time your baby is not much bigger than your hand. It’s truly remarkable.
