Wild(wood) and Free – Family Portraits at the Jersey Shore

I had the pleasure of capturing this amazing family while down the Jersey Shore. It was a gorgeous hazy evening at Seapoint Village in Wildwood New Jersey. Before our session we talked a lot about clothing. She wanted a casual beach look. Shea wanted to complement the beach colors, rather than pop. I love how these colors create a serene, peaceful look that we all feel upon stepping onto a beach. The colors create a gentle, natural vibe, while still keeping true to the style of the family. We started the photography session with some formal portraits of the family and then moved onto a more fun, relaxed lifestyle vibe. I love to mix the two styles and create a full gallery for the family to cherish for years to come.

I love when the parents want photos of just the two of them. Many times they have not had their photo professionally taken since their wedding.
